Ahh sleep, an elusive thing for so many people. In fact, not getting enough sleep is a common problem for many Americans—the Sleep Foundation reports that 35.2% of all adults in the U.S. report, on average, sleeping for less than seven hours per night. It’s recommended that adults between 18 and 64 get seven to nine hours of sleep a night.

There are many factors that can mess with your sleep—stress, travel, work schedules, health problems, medications, certain foods and drinks, etc. While some of these issues might only be solved by seeing a medical professional, others can be remedied with a couple of lifestyle changes, like setting a good bedtime routine, staying active, avoiding or limiting caffeine and alcohol consumption, and optimizing your bedroom for sleep.

And when it comes to that last part, there is so much you can do there. You can upgrade your pillows, choose the right mattress for your specific sleep preferences, refresh your sheets, buy blackout curtains, ban electronics from your space, get a sound machine… the list goes on and on. So if you think your sleep problems can be remedied by some bedroom changes, you’re in luck. IKEA’s Sleep Sale has some deep discounts on duvet covers, lamps, air purifiers, bed frames and more. A warning, though—the sale ends on Feb. 26 so you’re going to want to shop it ASAP to get those deals. Take a look at some of the best ones below.
